Chicken Tostadas – Cold Brew Mole Sauce

These phenomenal, mouth-watering delights were created by Anne! She found some of our cold brew concentrate and some delicious salsa verde at a recent local event and came up with this delicious dish!

  • Yields: Makes 4 Servings


1/2 cup Cheech's Own Cold Brew Concentrate - Eclipse

2 tbsp Cacao Powder

1/4 cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

1/4 cup Salsa Verde

2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic

1/2 tbsp Chipotle Chili Powder

1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (preferably organic or pasture raised)

4 Corn Tortillas

Suggested Toppings

Sliced Avocado

Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice


Shredded Lettuce

Shredded Cabbage


Queso Fresco


1Place the chicken, cold brew, cacao powder, orange juice, salsa, chili powder and garlic into a slow cooker

2Cook on low for 4 hours

3Using two forks shred the chicken reduce heat on slow cooker to warm

4Place tortillas in a preheated oven 375 and bake until crispy - about 5 to 8 minutes

5Top tortillas with meat, and toppings of choice
